How much do I pay for shipping?
The shipping charge will be added to your order and visible at checkout before you finalize the order. The shipping is based on the destination country.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation message with a link to where you track the parcel.
When do I receive my order?
We dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hrs on working days. Holidays and bank holidays might affect this time. When the order is shipped you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. From when the order is shipped it should take 2-5 working days depending on where in the world you live. If it takes longer, please contact us and we’ll have a look at what might have happened.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept card payments with MasterCard, VISA and AMERICAN EXPRESS or payment via PayPal.
Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to register to place an order, but you need to provide a valid e-mail address and contact details when placing an order.
Can I change my order?
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. If you would like to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

An order confirmation e-mail is sent immediately after the order is placed. Check your inbox and junk mail. If it is missing, chances are that your order did not go through correctly. Please contact us and we’ll sort it out!

What kind of tee-shirt is my design going to be printed on?
We only use high-quality, soft crewneck t-shirt. They’re made of 100% GOTS certified organic cotton. Organic cotton is naturally grown without any use of chemical pesticides or fertilizers and has not been genetically modified (non-GMO). Organic cotton is harvested and produced in a way that benefits the environment, creating biodiversity and promoting good health and quality of life for farmers and their communities.
I cannot find the style, color or size I’m looking for.
The colors and sizes available in the online shop reflect what is currently available.
What Technology Is Used To Print On T-Shirts (And Any Textile Product)?
Our standard process is the Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing. It’s an ideal method of printing for our organic cotton tee-shirts.
How do I find the right size?
There is a size chart on each product page with garment measurements. If you’re hesitating between 2 sizes, we recommend you choose the larger one as most of our customers say it fits slighly small.
Example : If you’re usually between M and L, pick L.
